Use of the Service
SalesGrow is intended for lawful business use. You agree to use the website and platform only for legitimate sales and distribution operations and not for fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
Accounts and Access
Workspace access is provisioned by our team. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their users, passwords, and assigned permissions are managed appropriately within their organization.
Customer Data
Customers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and internal ownership of the operational data entered into the platform, including products, outlet records, users, invoices, and order activity.
Availability and Changes
We may improve, update, or modify the service over time. While we aim for reliable availability, temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance, upgrades, or events outside our control.
Commercial Terms
Pricing, onboarding, and rollout scope are shared directly with each customer. Any commercial commitments, service scope, or support arrangements are governed by the agreed customer engagement.
Limitation of Liability
SalesGrow is provided on a business-service basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service use, downtime, or customer-side misuse.
